Promoters, insiders, mutual funds and foreign investors must report what they buy and sell. The Smart Money Tracker reads those public NSE filings (bulk and block deals, SEBI insider trading disclosures, takeover-code disclosures and pledges) and turns each one into a plain sentence: who did what, how many shares, worth how much, with a link to the filing.
The top shows FII and DII flows and the last 30 days of insider trades and big deals. Six highlight cards show promoters buying and selling, the largest deals, big investors building stakes, and pledges increased or released. The market-wide feed can be filtered by type, period, who and buying or selling. Type any stock to see its own timeline and who owns the company quarter by quarter.
Smart-money moves are signals, not certainty: big players can be wrong too. Use them as one clue in your own research.
